Get the feeling after that blog that a civil war for the Klingons is coming. And I'm quite certain it'll be Martok/Player vs J'mpok/Torg.

I believe that this will likely happen after ViL though, because we need Martok to gain further glory and the player(KDF) needs to probably become one of the greatest warriors of Qo'nos ever.

I felt there would be a dynamic with this with Martok reappearing even though, I believe, he said he wasnt going to challenge him. However ancient enemy reappears if J'mpok isnt up to the ask then he'll be challenge which could form some sort of civil war. It be a horrible time to happen with Hur'q reappearing, but I guess this could cause some klingons, dare I say, scared haha.

I would guess something like this:

Federation - The return of augment issues (Khan's Children?), bringing back that augment storyline that seems to get hinted at way too often. This would be probably causing issues around Cardassia, because let's at least get them into this equation, however fleetingly.

Empire - The civil war, which I would think has Martok pondering if it shouldn't in fact be you(player) who leads Qo'nos. More so if you are NOT a Klingon, because you might pacify all the non-Klingon warriors.

Republic - T'Ket? Oh you better believe she's going to be coming after the player here. You could go with Donatra as well, but T'ket wants you so badly she can taste your green blood.

Dominion - This faction is going to be trying to pull the Alliance back together. Which will be the fun part. Have fun with everyone hating your guts. Oh and they start off with Cardassia. That'll be fun.

Temporal - Finally get the reveal of our Mirror self who's actually been the person behind the temporal issues that Mirrorverse is having. Oh and Mirror Leeta finds out. She's not exactly amused.

Basically all the current "loose" ends get introduced.

All the Klingons are scared. The Hur'q are a mythical race that they only defeated by taking the fight to the Hur'q when they were unprepared. The only difference is the actions that get taken. J'mpok is only holding onto the Empire by a thread and if you actually think about it, the reason why he took Martok away from the Council was to make sure that none of what he said reached them.

Because some dumb ass would've fought him over what he said. Martok is wise enough to realize that the Empire would be in a bad place if he took over. Still doesn't mean that he isn't wrong to do so. J'mpok is a great politician, but right now the Chancellor needs to be general.

...honestly, the Klingon government would serve to have a Chancellor for peace and a Dahar position (like Shogun) for war. This way when it is times of peace, J'mpok makes sense. When it is times of war, someone like Martok would make sense.

That is an awesome update.

You know, other than the Federation 25th century ships which had to eventually get to looking like the Universe class, I think they've done a fantastic job of updating and revisualizng the game. Edit: Some of them look good, some don't. That's the problem I have with them.

While this might not be the biggest content update, I think that it'll at least be a worthy addition and maybe fix up a few things.

maybe we will get some older ship skin updates soon.. the Luna, Akira and Nova and Excelsior (not counting the T6 skin for the Armitage and Resolute) classes could use it..

I think the Akira was already updated.

The Akira got an updated skin when she got a T6 version, the others probablly will get a skin update when they get upgraded to T6 and the Excelsior when Thomas has some free time.

I'd love a T6 Oberth or even Olympic update.
I just cannot fathom why the Olympic did not count as part of the Nautilus/Daedalus group. It's clearly in the same design tree and should be the middle point of that evolution.
The T6 Nautilus is essentially a T6 Olmypic anyway although with a wildly different boff seating admittedly.
