T6 Intrepid, Need Advice.

Hey,

I've been re-jigging my science toon into an exotic-torp/dps ship using the Fleet T6 Intrepid. My build link: https://skillplanner.stoacademy.com/...8c9a8787fdb3bd

Any advice would be appreciated. However I have one question regarding starship traits.

Would it be worth switching out All Hands on Deck for Honoured Dead?

EDIT: The missing forward weapon is the Prolonged Engagement Phaser Beam Array

I can look with better eyes later, yet can answer the question on Traits: yes. Buuuut, it really depends on the build.

Generally speaking, HD > AHoD.

I did. At first, I read post 1 as this was a torp boat ... but that's not accurate.

As I always post suggestions, it's not only about the build in the link but really about the discussion.

In my opinion, if you want to go for exotic damage, then either Temporal Primary or Secondary should fit in the build.

To be sure, I do not play in Science ships so they are not really in my wheelhouse. Having said that, if you are chasing DPS, then maybe consider switching to a Torp-boat, at that point I am not an expert ... at all.

IIRC there's a guy on YouTube called Timberwolf and he knows torp builds inside out. I'm currently using a Torp/Exotic T6 Brighid so I can post it up for you after I get home from work. It copes with content just fine but it's by no means perfect.

Side note: he also has A LOT of budget-build vids. I've watched them, but not used them.
