But it must adapt over time as you fill up certain points. I mean if you managed to get all the Exotic points straight away by chance it shouldn't pick that as random anymore.
I'd at least hope that is how it'll work. So it'll still be random but once some areas are full it'll be impossible for them to appear randomly again.

I would assume that is the case, but the chance to get 15 times Exotic as one of the random choices is so small it is on a subatomic level.

If you are unlucky you could not see one category you really want for a year, and again only if you do it everyday and people who can only play the game on the weekend might need 5 to 6 years to get it done.

So guys since we are going to get the Personal Endeavors with this Wednesday, I would like to address a statement made by Borticus that this Personal Endeavourers will not have a big impact on your overall performance.

One thing I can tell you is that this is wrong there are some very significant improvement you will be able to get and players that will enter the game later in one or two years will be on a significant disadvantage.

We of course don't have all numbers yet but the ones we have show a significant improvement, I will post the space ones we already know:

Critical Chance - 7.5% Max
Impulse Speed - 15% Max
Max Hull - 15% Max
Turn Rate - 15% Max

This will improve your build significantly and allow you to replace consoles on your current builds.

If players can start them early on then they'd have a good chance to earn some upgrades before reaching max level i guess.
Those increases are pretty significant though. I guess the random nature is to stop people chasing only the current meta and then ignoring the system.

Don't worry in the next two years there will be more and more powercreep from other sources that this won't be noticable.
