The [Pen] Mod is falling out of favor, once you run A2B together with Cold-Hearted you get enough debuff there is no reason to run it anymore and you can get an additional Damage buffing mod on your weapons on Tactical/Engineer on Science however it does not matter you have enough debuffing.

So I outfitted my T6 nebula last night with what I had from this build, I didn't have some of the traits like Inspirational Leader so chose something else, but I ran out of time before testing it. I'll let you know how it went after I get online tonight

Edit: In the past few days made a lot runs in a lot of different STF's and the ship was doing amazingly well, I was with her in an Undine Assault and soloed a lane and finished it first I was in two ISA's with High DPS ships like 200K DPS and was still doing over 110K DPS.

Ugh, can't wait till the infinity lockboxes return so the ship prices can go down on the exchange so I can get the trait from the vonph and console from the kelvin constitution

Something for you to try: The trait 'overwhelming force' with 'beam overload'. Gravity well your opponents, then beam overload which then causes a charged particle burst, while you still have your CPB2 ready to go with another gravity well (since you use improved gravity well). This is particularly useful in gauntlet situations.

So far nothing survived that long in my Gravity Well.

build updates:

I have added the video that helped me a lot creating this build and how to use it.
Replaced one Restorative Particle Focuser [CtrlX] [EPG] with Interphase Quantum Distributor
Added the the folowing Doffs - Warfare Master, Space Warfare Specialist (Borg)
Replaced Peak Efficiency with Exotic Modulation
Added a New Record

It's solid and it leaves plenty of room to switch/tinker with. I like it! The ship is underused and this build makes it look like the Eternal Class or Nautilus - Which would edge this ship slightly in terms of dps but none of those looks and feels as starfleetish or klingonish (najsov). I'm running both of those and I have similar builds to yours - I confirm that this build works -75k dps is more than achievable.

Went into the Peril over Pahvo last night and the PUG wasn't brilliant so my hull got real low a few times. I have to get the sequencing of powers correct as, right now, I'm all over the place. Any suggestions on Boff power rotations would be welcome.
