    If you get to the character selection screen and end up with a downloading bar that doesn't budge and keeps you from playing, fear not. There's a quick way around this, delete the bitraider folder in: %systemroot%\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\BioWare\Star Wars - The Old Republic.

    Once deleted, the launcher will verify your files and you'll be good to go Cool.
