Going to have to mark this as an error. You don't need to crop your character pics as we do that as part of our process. However could you provide a full resolution version without the UI and using the Renderscale 2 command?

To take a screenshot without the UI, whilst in the tailor. Open the chatbox and type the following commands:

/renderscale 2
/screenshot_jpg

This will create a folder in your STO directory called 'screenshots' and you can find the image you just made there.
