Now on the run, Picard and the skeleton crew of the U.S.S. Titan must break into Starfleet’s most top-secret facility to expose a plot that could destroy the Federation. Picard must turn to the only soul in the galaxy who can help – an old friend.

Just saw a clip of the episode and Squee! The title makes much more sense now when you get to see a certain ship... amongst a few others...

We get to see the Defiant, Enterprise A, Voyager, an original Connie named the New Jersey (NCC-1975) and one other I'll leave until later

Fantastic episode.

This season kinda has a Mass Effect 2 vibe. A cybernetically reborn hero is building his team before undergoing the "suicide" mission.

An Easter egg for the Eagle eyed fans or a hint at what's ahead before the show finishes? Spotted this on YouTube then Reddit, note the name on the display...

They played a different tune for each hidden treasure. The first one was my favorite.

Awesome episode all of my predictions got thrown out of the window.

So I will give another one: Because of the mentioning of the Borg and that they stole Picard's Corps they will try to reactivate Locutus (not all Borg technology can be removed) and lure the real Borg in.

The excellent episode had so much going on, so many epic moments and nothing was predictable. If I had one gripe about this season and I mentioned it in the past about Raffi with her vape now that we know Vadic is a changeling and her crew is similar why is she smoking then?

It is what it is and I get that it adds to the grittiness they trying to portray.

Wanted more from Moriarty sad that they made him a babbling incoherent hologram who just offered a glimpse into the past. Like though how they linked into when Riker first met Data.

This season is the best one yet without argument.

Another one of the Duderstadt Class appeared in this episode, the USS Trumbull with a registry of 72730 so it further confuses how old the class is as that number would make it pre-date Voyager, probably by a year or 2. Since it uses the same nacelles as the Stargazer, Echelon class and the Titan-A which is established as a new vessel, it implies it's a much more recent design (though there is some precedent here with the later Constellations using the Constitution refit nacelles) but there we go.

You have the same with the Akira, Steamrunner, Saber and Norway Class they all use reg numbers starting either with 6 or 5 but all of them are way more modern designs.

The moment Voyager appeared on the screen, with the echo of the theme over the top, Seven longingly looking at the screen talking about how she was reborn there - her family and the ship making its name far beyond the other relics. I'm not gonna lie, I teared up. Suddenly it was 2001 all over again and it felt great to be back.

The Trek universe has had its fair share of different paths and directions. Different directors and creatives all wanting to push the boundaries and see where Trek could take them, and that's great. So maybe I didn't get Discovery, I hated JJ Abrams movies (the destruction of Vulcan made me almost get up and walk out of the theatre) and the last couple of TNG movies left me feeling disappointed. But Picard, and specifically Picard Seasons 2 and 3 have been nothing short of tonic for my Sci-Fi soul. Shaw getting star struck in front of his hero, La Forge protecting his family over his own instinct for heroism and duty, and the return of Moriarty, crow dreams, Data and Lore...

I wasn't mentally ready for this episode, but I have been waiting 22 years for it - ever since that day in May 2001 when Voyager limped home to a rushed and lacklustre ending. Picard gave me back some of those feelings, and for that alone - I loved it.
