There are definitely a lot of changes happening around the UFP these days, and that's fantastic! The Technical Services department is pleased to announce the addition of two new members. Chris Wilkinson will be taking on the role of Technical Services Engineer in addition to his current role as Holodeck Commanding Officer. Also Zach has been pulled out of retirement and is taking on the role of Technical Services Technician and will be responsible for assisting our members with any technical support requests they may have. Together, our goal is to provide technical assistance to the UFP's members and create awesome tools for everyone to use.
To that end, I also have another announcement that should get a lot of people excited. Chris Wilkinson will be working on a STO Ship Build tool! This tool will allow you to create and share ship builds with other members. There will be more information shared in regards to features once development has progressed to the point where a preview can be shown.
We are all very excited about everything we have planned and we're dedicated to ensuring your experience with the UFP is fantastic. If you ever experience a technical issue, you can now submit a Technical Services Request using THIS LINK and one of our friendly Technicians will assist you as quickly as possible.
