Star Trek Avatar Request Thread

Hey guys, recently I've been making lots of avatars for my fellow members, and decided I ought to make this a thing that people can ask for whenever they want. This is the thread to use if you want me to make you an avatar out of a Star Trek episode or movie! Just copypaste and fill out the form below if you'd like an avatar!

DETAILED REQUEST

SERIES/MOVIE: (ex: DS9)
EPISODE NAME: (ex: Sacrifice of Angels)
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST: (ex: The part at the end of the big battle scene where the Defiant flies over the exploding Jem'Hadar ship.)
TIMESTAMP (OPTIONAL):

SIMPLE REQUEST

SERIES/MOVIE: (ex. Voyager)
DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST: (ex. A shot of Voyager flying by.)

Typically within a day or two I'll have an avatar ready for you to use!

NOTE: Quality is dependent on the length of the request. For very high quality, a 4-second clip is the absolute maximum. Anything above that and the quality will unfortunately suffer. HOWEVER, if it is too long, you can choose to either A. make it choppier and save the coloration, or B. keep it smooth but make the colors uglier.

To start out, here are some avatars that I made from Sacrifice of Angels that are up for grabs.

Typically if someone makes a broad request, I'll make several avatars based on what they said, and tell them to pick a couple to keep as their own, with the rest going here to be given away. That's exactly what happened earlier with someone who requested scenes of the Enterprise from Nemesis, so here are the rest that are up for grabs! Again, please post here if you take one to clear up any possible confusion!

Just gonna note a minor rule change with this: I've put on a limit of one avatar request per month, with a maximum of 3 avatars to claim for each if it is a broad request. I'd like to keep from people seeing this thread as an opportunity to constantly swap between their avatars, essentially their virtual faces on the forum besides their signatures. It helps to prevent confusion.

To keep this update from being avatar-bare, I made one from probably my favorite and undoubtedly the cheesiest shot of Bashir of all time.

Remember to post here if you claim it so I can mark it as such!

I loved that bashir image. Unfortunately i'm attached to my strange pipe image. If the cast smoked a pipe i would have gotten a new image.

I take that back, i'm a narcissist.

So, it's Starfleet Officers smoking pipes you want, eh?

Well, unfortunately, Bashir doesn't smoke a pipe. But Data does! And Bashir smokes in one episode, so I threw a few shots from there in as well. Enjoy!

Just to clarify, because someone asked me: While STO avatars are technically possible, it depends entirely on the subject materials. One-time-per-playthrough things like cutscenes are going to be very difficult to capture, while things like looping character and environment animations should be relatively simple. So, if you want something out of STO, feel free to ask, but while I don't like to leave fleet mates disappointed, don't be surprised if I can't make it happen.

DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST: Sisko and Odo. If you can find a blooper of them doing something, even better, but a shot of them doing anything together would be awesome. The sillier the better.

Sorry Steve, I'm having a bit of trouble finding them together in a shot, let alone one where they're close enough to fit into a square frame. There's a great moment in one late-Season 6 episode between Odo and Sisko, but the avatar would be made of two shots, one of each of them. Is that okay?

I'm sure it'll look just fine, I've watched all of DS9, but I just don't know specific scenes to reference to. If you can't find one with both of them, one of just Sisko is cool. I don't want to make it too hard on you
