The past few years have been an incredible journey for us, and I would say we've arguably achieved a lot, thanks to members here today and those in times gone by. In what's customary for me, I want to take this brief opportunity to thank everyone for their participation and time in making the UFP what it is today. The various donators who also get no public mention, again, thank you!

The success we've had thus far is down to the very focused vision we've had over the years in becoming more community-oriented. But because we're now almost there, it's time we started to think ahead and encourage everyone to share what their vision is for the future of the UFP. It's not just what FEO and SFC wants to determine that should be the focus, but I have two key questions for you: where do you see the UFP at the end of 2016? What do you think we should focus on?

Although I had quite the exit at the beginning of the year, It'd be a lie if I said various aspects of the UFP didn't mean something to me, after all that kind of happens after spending almost 3 years in and out of positions in different areas. The News is one part of the UFP that I became quite passionate about and It really does excite me to see it's had a nice 'face lift' for lack of better words on the new site that you're working on and the ideas in general that you have about partnerships with other news outlets look great. As an onlooker I can't wait to see what awaits the UFP in 2016

Wow that new website looks great! Can't wait to see all the new nooks and crannies of it. Personally I think in 2016 the UFP will be even bigger, supporting a wider range of games and hopefully Starfleet Reserves returning to the limelight (shamless self promotion ). I'm interested to see what kind of cool things these new partnerships can bring, maybe even more exclusive free games for us?!

Very neat! At first I was really surprised to see a departure from the LCARS (And if I'm entirely honest, a little sad), but the reasons make a lot of sense and I look forward to seeing the new pages in all their glory!

For the 2016 year I personally envision a continued moving away from STO and more focus on community activities outside of that medium. I also see budding excitement for the new TV show (Along with the usual heavy handed whining about it and the movie), but we shall see.

Might be fun to do an 'episode discussion' per week leading up to the new show, even though it might have nothing to do with the new series, just to get everyone in the right mind set (And an extra excuse to watch more Trek is always good).

I think the new site is phenomenal and has the potential to catapult the UFP to an entirely new level as far as Star Trek sites are concerned. This should take us from primarly a gaming site to a Star Trek community. Can't wait to see more and to find out what else is in store.

New website is excellent, really great work by everyone involved. For 2016, I see UFP expanding to encompass non-gaming aspects of the Star Trek Universe. TV show discussions, movie discussions (more movie nights please!), book club are all excellent ideas.

I think having a Vision for 2016 shows the endearing community nature of UFP of the ongoing legacy of Star Trek and the evolution of the community is something you've recognised and sought to build on which is one of the best parts of the UFP, it evolves and advances and continues to build on the experience that the community has. I've been part of UFP officially since 2012 however I've been watching it from afar and have been on the fringes and have been a more integral part for nearly 10 years and part of the reasons why my old clan disbanded and came to the UFP was because of the brilliance of shared community and gaming that we experience here.

I sincerely wish wish that we continue to grow and explore new realms within ourselves, our games, our communities and more because after seeing what's on the horizon for UFP, I think the future is bright!
