Standing Orders for House of Metak.
Keep the holdings provisioned well (at least over 30 provisions each) as there will be a drain on them with the upcoming update and slot the fleet holdings that don't need provisions with the projects that generate progression Exp but don't slot any of the tier upgrades unless authorized

Roger that, I noticed in the -snip- that there isn't an entry for Metak's Colony holdings, this will need updating to reflect the standing orders
