Yeah I missed out on most of the Anniversary ships, a pity that they come with "Must have" consoles.

Naturally I made it a point to get this years, and for once the ships trait and console are useless.

When the next Phoenix prize pack comes out, I'd recommend buying some boxes if they update its prize pool to include lasts years Anniversary ship.

Thankfully Phoenix prize packs can be bought for Dilithium from the Dil Store! The only monetary cost for those is if you buy zen to convert to dil.

A good substitute for me if your missing D.O.M.I.N.O. is to use Hostile Acquisition which can be obtained from the exchange and pair it with the Timeline Stabilizer from the Krenim Ship, if you missed out on the Krenim and you use a Fed toon than the M6 Computer which can be obtained from the Temporal Escort which is found in the C-Store for 1,000 Zen is also a good substitute though the console is unavailable to Klingons and Klingon Aligned Romulans (Major Bummer BTW) until you can get the consoles you need.

The only change I would make to this has to do with the Boff seating. Here is the change I made on mine:

Replaced Aux to bat 3 with Direct Eng Modulation 3 on the Commander Engineer
Replaced Rally Point Marker 1 with Aux to bat 1 and Replaced Direct Eng Modulation 2 with Rally Point Marker 2 in the Lt. Cdr. seat.

So the same power, just different ranks on some.

That would make no difference, and I had it that way once and it did not seem to perform as good as the setup I have currently.

Would depend on your Class, Skills, Traits, Consoles, Gear, etc... unfortunately never a 1:1 comparison, that is unless everything is identical, that also includes Class Choice selections. Those occur every 5 Class Skills spent, out to a maximum of 25 +3.

As I am familiar with Bridger's build, yet I'm not familiar with the other.

Something to consider adding in build guides, while we know the choice options, we do not always know choice selections. We can assume it's more Offensive, but at times Defensive helps more; yet depends on many things like SET bonus #/# listed. Something also you rarely see in builds, perhaps an opportunity, but those you can identify based on the gear...
