    I passed the Officer exam on Thu, 7/11/19, and was told that I would automatically be promoted to Ensign. As of today (7/14/19), I am still shown as PO 3rd Class. Please update my rank, or let me know if there's something else I need to do first. Thank you!

    It's the command exam I believe, not the officer's exam.

    What Mack said. The Command Exam is what grants the rank of Ensign and you're not showing as having completed that at the current time. It's the 3rd of the exams so if you complete it, your rank will automatically update at that point.
