Temporal episodes are somewhat frequent in various Star Trek series, but which series has your favourite temporal shenanigans, and if you have a favourite episode, which would it be?
I had seen the episode Time and Again today, which is why I am curious if other people even like temporal episodes, for me, they are among my favourite, and I think Voyger had the best job at doing such episodes. Year of Hell was a really good one for me, but Voyager did have so many to pick from. TNG also had one I really liked, Cause and Effect, I enjoyed that episode.
I think I need to go on a binge of just temporal episodes.
Voyager: Year of hell, Shattered, Timeless and of course when the doctor gets his plot device Futures end parts I and II Deep space nine: Trials and Tribble-ations, Little Green Men (I love Ferengi Centric episodes) and Children of time. The Original Series: The City on the Edge of Forever and Assignment earth which happens to have spawned a few books about gary seven and his assistant as well as other time travel novels with his character and kirk which I absolutely love. The Next Generation: The Inner light (although not technically time travel, Picard still lived the life of someone from the past that sort of counts!) but if I have to pick an actual temporal event I did enjoy Cause and effect. all hands abandon ship! spin spin spin boom! Enterprise: I enjoyed Twilight and in a Mirror Darkly, while again not a time travel episode but the fact that the Defiant traveled back in time and into a different universe, also Terrans!
I like Time's Arrow from TNG.
And also the one (which i've forgotten the name of) when the Enterprise is stuck in a loop and keeps getting crashed into by the U.S.S. Bozeman.
Trials and Tribbleations. So many great parts, the way everyone looks at Worf when they find out what Klingons looked like in TOS. Dax's gleeful misdirection when talking about who she's attracted to and the Time Agents reaction to finding out that Kirk was involved. Pure joy to watch and the Enterprise had never looked so good when it was broadcast.
Couldn't pick a complete favorite, but for a series doing it overall, I think Voyager had it. Each series had great temporal episodes, though, and ike you, they are among my favorites. Time travel is an essential part of the Trek oeuvre.

Voyager had a great one called, "Relativity".
Lt. Ducane: "So, in a way the Federation owes its existence to the Borg."
Seven: "You're welcome."
Janeway: "See you in the 24th century."
Seven: "I look forward to it. Or should I say backward?"
Janeway: "Don't get started!"
