What I meant was to give as the anniversary's reward an Infinity T6 box.

Indeed, as much as it would be a lovely surprise, Im pretty certain it wont be any kind of Infinity/Promo reward. Maybe we will find out in the next week or so. Im hoping this Galaxy class revamp wont be a RnD/Lockbox ship, but time will tell I guess.

Its odd that we've not heard much about the "event" ship yet, and really unsure what its going to be. Usually some of us would know by now if we still had the thread with upcoming content but alas, that's not possible now.

As they hinted about making more Lockbox/Promo ships more accessible, maybe for this anniversary as its a special one for STO we may be able to choose one account bound Promo/lockbox ship. That's just my really "out there" idea and its probably never gona happen, but yeah, thats what I think.

I'm really excited about this elusive Galaxy class revamp/variant we may be getting, and that's all I want really lol.

I'd love a Gal-X bridge variant...even pay 2k zen for it, but doubt that would ever happen since they've all but stopped making bridges.

I'm just hoping that whatever this anniversary adds, it is more storyline. because the game really could use it.

Well from the last Priority one pod cast and according to the Dev's, the Anivesary mission is a "lot of fun" and "very cool". I have a funny feeling we may see an updated Utopia Planitia ground map. I dont know why, but with the amount of ships apparently coming with the Aniversary, I couldnt think of a better ground location.

I wouldn't be surprised if a Utopia Planitia update happened. The lot of fun and very cool is probably a mission similar to when we had to protect the Enterprise when it was being built.

A test pilot mission that goes haywire would be fitting for our character, be quite cool to do and I'd honestly find that to be a lot of fun. Wouldn't be surprised if they pulled in Patrick Stewart for this.

Geko has said he's in the recording booth with a very special guest for the anniversary event, but hasn't given any hints as to who it is. The top speculation seems to be leaning towards it either being Sir Patrick Stewart or John De Lancie, but we'll find out soon enough who's in the chair there.

I'd be surprised if it was Sir Patrick, though the dates would tie up close enough to Picard going live on Amazon Prime.

We'll get a special 10yr anniversary mission where we have to follow Wesley Crusher around whilst he saves the universe with his amazing knowledge that is bigger than that of the entire crew of the flagship.

And the end reward will be Wesley's fancy sweatshirt.......

Turns out the 10 pack was a rumor and that there was only going to be one new ship at all for the Anniversary, which was told on Ten Forward.

I knew 10 new ships was too good to be true.

True, but I think from what I gathered from the stream, I think the way the question was put across was 10 ships as the Anniversary prize. I guess we will have the one unique Anniversary ship, and a selection of Zen store ships that will accompany the prize ship.

There's been a lot of hype on twitter from the lead ship artist teasing things like "8 down, 2 to go", and "a lot of shippery coming our way", so I think there will be a lot available for the Anniversary, but the main prize will be one unique ship as per every other event.

Yeah I agree. I would be happy with a mega bundle to be honest. Will keep me busy until the new story arc/content update anyhow.
