I've had a look at your images and I need to ask if you could provide some highly quality screenshots of both your ship and character using the /renderscale 2 or 3 command. When in the tailor type that command in the chatbox before you to the screenshot, this will make the overall image nicer.

Bear in mind though that is setting can tank your games performance so don't forget to set it back to /renderscale 1 when you are done.

I’ve just quality checked this signature and, due to the original images not being of the required clarity, this unfortunately does not meet the UFP’s high standards.

A member of the graphics team will be in touch shortly to find a workaround.

I've had a look at those images and they aren't high enough quality to look good on a signature. If you like, I would happy to attempt to recreate your character image and provide you with an alternative ship image. If this is agreeable to you, please let me know which ship you'd like in the background and any specifications required.

Curious that the images are coming through low quality. The ship is a T6 Tactical Star cruiser (e.g. Odyssey with Endeavour parts) with the Tholian rep vanity shield. I'll double check settings to see if maybe imgur is downgrading quality of the pics or if there are other settings in game that might be fouling up like antialiasing or something. If it is faster to pull stock images or mock up on your end I am ok with that as well. Apologies for the difficulties!

Tried one last shot at this on my end flipping the antialiasing type to MSAA 8x, boosting renderscale to 4 (I can push it as high as 5 without crashing, but only for screenshots), and I also tried changing positions on the backdrop for the ship pic to see if the lighting change might also help. If these don't work, please let me know what info you need for specifications to mock up on your end.

Unfortunately, while the quality of the ship image is much improved, both Solace and I have been unable to fit your ship into the signature template to give an aesthetically pleasing result. The camera is zoomed in too close and we cannot fit the image to the template without chopping off part of the ship.

I appreciate that this is a frustrating process for all involved but we take an enormous amount of pride in our forum signatures and we wouldn't want to produce something that just didn't work on an aesthetic level. If you would like Solace to reproduce the ship image as close to the original that you have provided then reply here. Or provide the same image but with the camera zoomed out to enable us to fit the ship into the signature template.

As my boss said above, but I've created some images for you to approve. I removed the Tholian Vanity Shield because it wasn't aesthetically pleasing in our attempts at making your signature.

Let's roll with what you have. Thank you for your patience and definitely understand and appreciate the attention to detail.

Not sure if it would be possible for future requests, but might be helpful provide a few guidelines around minimum image resolution, guidance around the ship (e.g., avoiding certain vanity shields, ship should be around X% of overall image, etc.) Saw some of that for character images stickied in the forum, but if there was a guide for the ships I missed it. Anyway, again thank you for your patience and hard work!
