Hey Noah, I‘m afraid you can’t have the position you selected as you don’t currently hold a CL4 role. As you are only CL3 is there another role you’d like on your sig such Starfleet Operations Officer?

Yeah I'm not sure what happened. I must have selected a CL4 role by mistake, yes Starfleet Operations Officer is fine

Also you need to provide a new character image as that one is using the Captain rank insignia, as you are a NCO and there is no non commissioned ranks on the TWoK uniform use the Ensign rank. Thank you

Nope still not right. You’ve messed up the belt colours. The angles are fine, please refer the UFP Uniform Guide for the TWoK uniform.

Would you like me to recreate your character image with either a fed uniform or a Romulan Uniform?

The image quality still isn’t particularly good. Here’s a side-by-side comparison of your submission next to the last one I submitted for a rank change:

I do concede that I have an exceptionally powerful gaming rig and that not everyone has the luxury of an optimal setup for playing games like STO. If you don’t think your hardware is up to the task the graphics team is more than willing to create a character in their STO clients. I’m sorry if this seems difficult but we really want you to be happy with the signature we produce for you.

Yes Solace that is fine. I didn't know that it was a problem with the quality of the image. I understand that my graphics are not good.
