Does it still have that horrible low-res texture weirdness around the deflector dish though? Same problem is on the Nebula too so i hope they fixed it there as well.

Yeah it still has the issue but only when you view the ships from a tight angle so you can see behind the deflector dish emitters. Otherwise no its been fixed, the only gripe I have is that the Red part of the nacelles in Sol look odd and dark.

I think in the Screenshots Solace has kindly taken are from Tribble and using the type 2 hull material. The Galaxy now has a unique hull material called "Galaxy" which looks amazing and has no deflector or bussard texture issues.

She's glorious! I really love what they've done with the bussard collectors. So glad they re modeled based on the 6ft filming model. Cant wait for her to go onto Holodeck. Lovely screenshots by the way.
