Mission Outcome:As per usual holodeck fashion we didn't manage to get started till just after 8pm between technical issues (love my PC) and trying to get all of us into the same session however once we did we split into 2 crews on Brigs.

Crew 1 was Brask and myself (with Bedders joining us for a little while) and Crew 2 was Solace, Luke and Lars.

While myself and Brask waited for the second crew to appear, we found that shooting the ship mascot (Mr Bigglesworth) out of a cannon was extremely funny (both into the sea and at the Island).

We started off by picking up an merchant emissary mission with each ship going to a different Island with us all delivering a load of plants and cloths. Once this was done we all agreed to take on the ghost fleet and we all piled onto a single ship.

As we were transferring arms and equipment from Solace's ship, I may have shot out it's mast not realising that chainshot would do it in a single go but once we were all ready, we set out for the ghost fleet.

As we got close, a skeleton ship pulled up alongside and we ended up engaging this first, dispatching it with very little issues and we then engaged the borg.... wait, ghosts (wrong area).

As our crew led by Solace engaged the ghosts with him telling us how to get through this we kept the ship going under the bombardment, with our repair crews doing a valiant job of patching up the holes and bailing out any water that appeared.

During the fight, Lars was killed and respawned on the other ship. So he set sail towards us and jumped back on board to rejoin the fight (while the second ship was left spinning which was funny to watch.)

We managed to destroy the pirates and kill Captain Flamebeard (may have the name wrong) and we ended up with a significant amount of loot.

Mission Outcome:We decided to do a Black Sun Defence on the FAF launcher as there weren't enough people for Bridge Crew,

We tried 3 times to get this and the first two times we got overrun easily by the enemy as they didn't have any particular base but kept spawning increasingly harder waves.

The third time we managed to get some defences up and lasted a lot longer (albiet only 25 minutes) but the enemy started to spam artillery and we didn't have anything in our playbooks to defend against that.

We'll try again another time however, but with more people it would be more likely to be successful

Mission Outcome:There's a new planet! Luke and I ran through unlocking a couple of the nodes, including some Orokin Cache hunting where we were joined by SeaPanda.

Luke discovered that he could clean his orbiter by purchasing some brightly coloured Domestik Drones:



Next was the Plains of Eidolon resource gathering for Luke's Archwing Launcher.

Mission Outcome:Operation Toasted Ham and Cheese Sammich is a success!

We got down to it and quickly finished off our targets and had a right fun time doing it!

Mission Outcome:It was a fun game where we started off by trying to hunt some chickens (although failed on Chicken Isle). We ran into a couple of players, one of whom Dusty decided to try attacking first.

Overall it was a good laugh with everyone there.

Mission Outcome:The IKEA Super Store gained much ground, and the religion grew stronger, there was an epic battle with Greater Poland, and a less than epic battle with they Byzantine Empire. Norway is undergoing a sucsession crisis at the moment, which will end in more bloodshed.

I have posted this event report because I was requested to by the Head of Community Gaming.

Mission Outcome:Tonight we had Bedders on the Helm, I was attempting to navigate while Brask kept up with our fish supply (and putting us through a small sense of Ready Steady Cook) with Griffon being our explorer (who we left behind more than once).

Our crew sailed out on the sea in search of pigs, and we did find 2 but then we couldn't find more so once they started making a lot of noise, they were, discarded overboard to save on weight.

Bedders Monkey spent some time in the parrot cage in the Captains cabin and to culminate the evening we managed to kill the Megaladon.

Overall, a few antics were had, and one main lesson learnt.

Don't lock up Bedders Monkey. He doesn't like it.

Mission Outcome:Tonight we ran through the first couple of missions of Halo Reach on Legendary.
A LASO run was considered but decided against because we're too noob, so we only had Grunt Birthday Party on.

Many deaths were had, many covenant slain, and many forklifts were harmed in the making of this film event.

Unfortunately Brask's game crashed when loading the second level so we had to proceed with 1 less spartan.

I hope next week he's able to join a different map, and that everyone who attended had a good time.

Mission Outcome:Unusually for a Holodeck event, we were all present and correct at the start time.
And then true to tradition, we found Chugster and myself had to update our games because the Microsoft Store hadn't automatically done it, so we were 50 minutes late actually starting.
An evening of random lag interspersed with teamkilling and breaks for cups of tea ensued.

Mission Outcome: After Keenan helped get me sorted with the pre-req to start up the flashpoint Star Fortress, we ran the FP twice. Once story, once veteran and sadly there was a weekly that had a lot of conquest points but it required 6 runs of the FP and after 2, we had enough of it .
