    Not quite as I don't have access to IPO on this particular toon thats why I slot things like Ruin of our Enemies to assist with my cooldown reduction. Since this ship can do a lot of single hit damage I'm keeping the trait procc'd a fair amount Smile

    This may be a daft question Sol, but what's the Cannon Scatter Volley for?
    If I may answer this question, I'm pretty sure it is for proc'ing Preferential Targeting and maybe also for Prevailing engines.

    Correct there T'Tan its mainly for procc'ing the Preferential Targeting trait. My engines are Innervated so any tac buffing power will proc them for the speed boost Smile

    On another note, is it now general consensus to use Beam Overload paired with Superweapon Ingenuity rather than Fire at Will for not tanking based builds?

    And following up on it, is it because BO is superior regarding DPS or because FAW pulls too much aggro? Sorry if there is an obvious answer but I have been specialising in tanking for a very long time and still trying to find my ropes in other roles.

    EDIT: I just released I didn't properly answer your question. Beam Overload outperforms FAW because you draw less aggro and it helps you nuke single targets keeping your DPS out fairly high without so much risk of getting melted.

    Thanks again for a good and quick answer. I'm glad that my reasoning is sound for the most part. I might need to experiment with beam overload builds then. There are a lot of good examples from you and the other top-DPSers in this forum section.

    Here a question for you:

    On that parse; what in the name of Grethor is the item or ability that gave someone a max one hit of over 3 million damage? That just seems broken to my eyes.

    That parse was unfortunately wiped in the most recent one and I didn't keep the log. So I couldn't tell you :/

    But I can tell you its not anything funky. Space Magic ability like Recursive Shearing can output silly max one hit numbers like that.

    Is it possible to adapt this build to Narendra Support Cruiser T6?
    The layouts are pretty similar with a few exceptions such as the Narendra isn't an Intel ship. It has a temporal operative seating which gives it some more options. Although you'll have to sacrifice a few other good engineering options if you want to explore temporal stuff.

    Also the console layouts are bit different but it shouldn't really be an issue Smile
