Only 660 Million EC for the two Borg DOffs. That's not too bad I guess... 🤮

I'm trying to adapt as much as I can to an Engineering Pilot Warbird [T6-X]. It has the same seating and the same Console layout plus the Experimental Weapon slot in place of the 3^rd Aft Weapon slot (5/2/x instead of 5/3). With the T6-X upgrade, the devices are the same (3), the consoles go up 1 (12), and the Starship trait goes up 1 as well (6).

We'll see...

I would just like to do better than the piddly 37k I did earlier today in the SCI Pilot Warbird I normally putter around in.

These Doffs are the best you can get, but the ones i used before are still valid and are still very good.

Much cheaper. Only 20 million for the two EWOs. 🥴 Still, I bit the bullet. Even making the changes I could, it seems to be a large improvement.
I have some of the consoles, and a few of the traits. I have had to make some adjustments because of the energy type incompatibilities ([Antiproton] vs [Phaser]), but even with those deficiencies, I feel that things are better now than they were yesterday.

Is this a good build for a T5X defiant? The 10th anniversary pack isnt available at the moment, and even if it was, it's quite expensive haha. I currently have the Fleet Tactical Escort Retrofit T5X

I made a budget T5-X defiant build a few years back, its a bit dated but should still provide a decent starting base for you to build from: https://ufplanets.com/showthread.php...032#post433032

You could use at least parts of it but with massively reduced performance so I wouldn't recommend it.

No worries, it is designed for a budget build though, so it won't performance as well as Bridgers.

I picked up the Lethean Nemosin Pilot Escort for the Grav Well trait, and its style because it reminds me of the B-Wing from Star Wars. I am looking for something to do with the ship itself, and this might do the trick! The seats are a little different, as it's got a science focus, but is doable?
