There was talk of a Legendary Inquiry, but based on this it's looking like a Legendary Avenger instead that'll come with the various consoles and such.

The Bortasqu' was rumoured to be getting the same treatment, though the new pack is known to contain 2 ships and they don't really seem to fit together, but I guess we'll see in the near future.

I was never a big fan of the Avenger line in general, but I'm liking this remaster. I'm not sure I'm liking the low nacelle look the StoWiki team posted pics of though.

Really liking this redesign, just makes it look like it fits in with current STO designs a lot better. Glad they put some effort into getting it to look consistent with modern ships even if it is for an eventual Avenger class Legendary variant as I imagine the rumour mill is now saying.

I can get behind the beefed up look of this cruiser with the lore behind it. Still don't like the massive barrels sticking out of the front end along the saucer edge. The less said about the deflector, the better.

Yeah so there's a new Inquiry model in the ship tailor "Inquiry Gamma" at 8400z, The Store Bundle is the Legendary Battlecruiser Bundle which has the Bortasqu' as well.

The Avenger (with the inquiry pieces) is a Miracle Worker Battlecruiser and the Bortasqu is a Command BC

That'll almost certainly be the new skin they used for it in S2/S3 which changes a few details on the ship but most notably removed the deflector grill and replaced it with the more traditional blue dish.

Not going to lie - if that's what it is and they're hiding the updated canonical skin behind a bundle instead of making it available to existing owners, that's some rage inducing tactics right there.

get Rage then, because it's locked behind that bundle, wanted me to pay for it when I was looking at it on my Inquiry BC, OH and they are giving the Inquiry skin with the bundle too.

Not going to lie, I want the bundle, I love the Battlecruisers, I own all 3 (Avenger, Arbiter, Inquiry) but 8400z/12000z is just way to much in AUD @_@

Also:

The Legendary Avenger Miracle Worker Battlecruiser comes equipped with an Overload-Linked Phaser Quad Cannon, which treats Beam: Overload as if it were Cannon: Rapid Fire.

One is not impressed about the skin issue, though looking at it, the new ship appears to be the same as the Inquiry except it lacks the Lt. Commander universal/intel and swaps it with the Lt. seat.

The ship is still ugly as hell but the specs are as close to perfect as I could wish for. Unfortunately (or luckily for my wallet) I don't really like BO and I just had a month of parental leave, so less money. Maybe in the future...
