Greetings all,
Any time you are looking to bring in someone to sit in the Executive Officer chair for the RPD position it is very challenging. What makes this position so crucial is because of the amount of responsibility the XO position demands from its occupier. Whether it is communicating in VC with myself and the Lead Simulation Officer in order to understand where both Simulation Officers are in terms of completing their Sim Tests with Cadets, possibly DMing the new Starship Story once we create an additional Starship to run while the Endeavor Storyline moves forward, or even being able to perform all the duties of the CO in his/her absence. It is not easy to keep a Department or Division within UFP running without serious commitment, and dedication. Gostlool has been chosen to face the challenges befitting the Executive Officer Position.
